The application offers users the New Apostolic Church, an international Christian church that was founded in the year 1863, when the Catholic Church was divided over the question of whether or not to establish a new sect. It emerged as a result of a dispute between two groups, the first of which was led by a priest named Joseph Smith and the second by a minister named Eli Lilly. The dispute was over the issue of whether or not God would reveal a new religious truth through the prophet Joseph Smith.
The core of the New Apostolic Church is its emphasis on the fundamental beliefs of the Christian religion, namely the divinity of God, the creation of the world by God, the existence of God, and the salvation of mankind through the work of God.
